You may not:
All copyright in the book remains with the author.
The book describes fishing methods, baits and preparations. It is educational and general in nature. It is not legal advice, veterinary advice, or professional guidance for your specific circumstances.
Fishing regulations are set by your state, provincial or national authority and are the legal authority — not this book. Seasons, size and creel limits, permitted baits, chumming rules, licensing and special waters vary by location and change over time. Several baits described in the book are restricted on some waters. It is your responsibility to check and follow the current rules for the exact water you fish.
Fishing carries real risks, including drowning, cold water shock, and injury from hooks and fish spines. You are responsible for your own safety and for anyone in your care.
No claim is made that you will catch a particular number or size of fish, or save a particular amount of money. Outcomes depend on your water, species, season, weather, local fishing pressure, equipment and how you apply the plan. Any figures or examples in the book or on the sales page are illustrative.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of the book is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost time, travel costs, wasted trips, equipment costs, or fines or penalties incurred through failure to follow fishing regulations.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
The site is provided as is. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change the site, the book, or the price at any time. Changes to price do not affect purchases already completed.
We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you bought the book. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protections available to you under the law of the country where you live.
