From Cast To Catch is sold as a final-sale digital download. Once the file has been sent, the sale is not refundable.
You agree to this at checkout, before any payment is taken. If you are not comfortable with it, please do not buy the book.
This is a digital product. Once the PDF has been delivered it cannot be returned, and there is no way to withdraw access to a file that has already been downloaded. The price is set on that basis.
Everything the book contains is described in detail on the sales page before you buy: the number of pages, the six parts, the thirty chapters, the thirty-day plan and the reference sections. Please read that description and satisfy yourself the book is what you want before purchasing.
Consumers buying digital content online normally have a statutory cancellation period. That right can be waived for digital content, but only where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you therefore lose the right to cancel.
That is exactly what happens at checkout. Before payment you are shown, and must agree to, the following:
"I request immediate delivery of this digital content and I acknowledge that by doing so I lose my right to cancel once delivery has begun. I understand this purchase is final sale and not refundable."
If you complete the purchase, that consent has been given and recorded against your order.
Nothing in this policy removes rights the law gives you that cannot be signed away. Specifically, this policy does not affect your rights if the digital content is:
In those cases contact us and we will put it right — normally by re-sending the file, and by refunding where the law requires it. A final-sale policy covers changing your mind. It does not cover us failing to deliver what you paid for.
The book downloads from the confirmation page immediately after payment. If something went wrong there, this is not a refund matter — it is a delivery matter, and we will fix it.
Most problems are one of these:
In any of those cases, reply to your Stripe receipt, or use the support contact details shown on it, and we will send the file across.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first. We would far rather resolve it directly and quickly.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us adds a dispute process for both of us that a single email would usually have avoided. Where a chargeback is filed, we will respond to the card issuer with the order record, the delivery record, and the consent to immediate delivery given at checkout.
If you are charged twice for the same book by mistake, contact us and the duplicate charge will be refunded. That is an error on the order, not a change of mind, and it is not covered by the final-sale terms.
Reply to your Stripe receipt, or use the support contact details shown on it. See the support page for what to include so we can help quickly.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
