Fastest way to reach us

Reply directly to your Stripe receipt. That email already carries your order reference, so we can find your purchase immediately.

Your receipt also shows our support contact details if you would rather get in touch that way.

I didn't get my download

The book downloads from the confirmation page straight after payment. If you missed it, this is nearly always one of three things.

Check your Downloads folder. The file saves as From-Cast-To-Catch.pdf and most browsers put it there without asking.
The page was closed too early. If you navigated away before the download finished, it will not have saved.
The download was interrupted. A partly downloaded file will not open. It needs downloading again.

In any of those cases, reply to your Stripe receipt and we will send the file straight across. Your receipt is your proof of purchase, so keep it.

The file won't open

The book is a standard PDF and opens on any phone, tablet or computer.

Phone or tablet: it should open in your built-in files or books app.
Computer: any browser will open it, as will any PDF reader.
Download interrupted: a partly downloaded file will not open. Download it again on a stable connection.

If it genuinely will not open, tell us what device you are on and we will send a fresh copy.

I want to read it on another device

The file is yours. Save it to your own cloud storage, email it to yourself, or move it across with a cable. Your licence covers your own use across your own devices, and you may print a copy for yourself.

Can I get a refund?

The book is sold as a final-sale digital download and is not refundable once delivered. You agree to this at checkout before paying. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

If the problem is that your book never arrived, or the file is faulty, that is not a refund matter — contact us and we will fix it.

Questions about fishing regulations

We cannot advise on the rules for your specific water, and nothing in the book overrides them. Chapter 30 explains how to find your state or national agency's current regulations, stocking schedules and access maps, which is the authoritative source. Several baits in Part Three are restricted on some waters — check before you use them.

When you write in, including your order reference and the email address used at checkout gets you a faster answer than anything else.
